  Thanks for writing to us. The plan portion of your purchase price has been refunded. We haven’t released the funds for the domain yet.

  Do you have any plans on using jinanehajjar.com again in the future? It could be with us or a different provider. Once that domain is cancelled it could be impossible to regain ownership – that’s a dangerous game especially since this domain appears to reflect your own name. The scenario we want to avoid is that someone else registers the domain and impersonates you – and there’s nothing you can do since they own the domain instead.

  1. Keep the domain (use it here or somewhere else)
  2. Cancel the domain and process the remainder of the refund.
