  My name is Stephanie and we have a website hosted with wordpress and we would like to make the end of this plan.

  We would need help for the procedures to make sure we do it properly and don’t get charge anymore.

  This account is only 2 months old. What is the domain you wish to close? There is no phone support at WordPress.com but if you have an upgraded plan you should have access to livechat support. As you have posted here now I have added the modlook tag to ask if a member of staff could respond (and redact your phone number).
