Stop telling me to buy my own domain!

  I am forever seeing…

  “Tip: Be the master of your own domain – make this blog wordtickler.com for just $17 per year.”

  The thing is, I already OWN the domain. I ask you:

  – Why are you advertising that anyone could buy a domain that I own?!
  – Why do I have no option to turn this “tip” engine off and get rid of the sickly yellow bar?
  – Why doesn’t it only show a few times? It reminds me of a nagging ex-wife.

  Please consider all three of these questions and try to give me answers that make some kind of sense.
