  I have multiple accounts, and one of them I bought blog.wrestlestat.com. I no longer want this, but I don’t know how to get into that account. I tried doing this a year ago, and you guys didn’t help. STOP CHARGING ME

  Hi @andegre, we would need you to make the request using the account that owns the site. Otherwise random people could come in and get other people’s sites cancelled.

  Can you log in as the other username? Or, can you log out, and log in with the email address that gets renewal reminders?

  Or you can contact our billing team through wpchrg.com . Just look up the charge, then you’ll have an option to contact support and let them know what you want to do with the site and its plans.
