Stop "Welcome to WordPress" popup!

  I keep getting the annoying popup saying “Welcome to WordPress!” How do I stop it? I am NOT new to WordPress. I’ve been here for more than 10 years!

  Hey there @windwhistle, can you confirm whether you’re referring to the popup “tour” that appears when you open the editor?

  If so, that is a bug we’re trying to suss out and fix. Let us know whether it’s that or something else. If you’d like, you can drop a screenshot in https://wordpress.com/media and update us here so we can confirm.

  Yep, it’s the opening “page” for a tour and it appears on the lower left every time I go into edit. Really annoying. Hope you fix it soon. Thanks for replying!

  Hey there! I wanted to share that the issue related to the Welcome popup showing up every time you enter the post/page editor is resolved.

  If you are still seeing the issue – please log out, clear your browser cache, and log in to your WordPress.com account again.
