stop worpress hosting and e-mail when comment

  2 things. I changed my godaddy account to forward instead of letting worpress.com host (so I can add plug ins) and the link stated to select manage domains within the domain link within setting. Once I click domains, there is no manage domains. Now, I lost my blog and colepack.net is not forwarding.
  Also, I have by blog set up to e-mail me when a comment if left. I have about 40 comments and 4 e-mails. I shoul dhave 40 e-mails right?
