  I HAVE REPORTED ALL OTHER SITES THAT HAVE MESSED UP MY ONLINE PRESENCE NOW THEY ARE IN THIS SITE MESSING UP I HAVE WENT TO THE FEDS ON THESE DUMMIES PLEASE GET THEM OUT OF MY LIFE THEY ARE CAUSING SEVERE ANXIETY AND I REFUSE TO GO THROUGH LIFE WITH THESE JEALOUS WOMEN GIVE ME PEACE OR I WILL REPORT WORD PRESS ALSO AND I REFUSE TO KEEP FIGHTING WHITE ENTITLEMENT STOP NOW MY BLACK LIFE MATTERS

  As for the GIF issue, I’ve checked your site and I don’t see any issues. We seem to be able to upload GIFs on our end. What you are describing sounds like it could be a local network issue, so with this in mind we would like you to run the following network test: http://www.speedtest.net/

  Can you tell me the results you get for:
  – Latency
  – Download speed
  – Upload speed
