Stopped publicizing to Tumblr?

Hi,

In the past when I have posted on my blog it has also posted effortlessly to Facebook, Twitter and Tumblr using Publicize.

However, recently it has stopped posting to Tumblr. (Facebook and Twitter are fine).

I have checked and everything is set up properly both here and on Tumblr.

Please can you help?

Hi,

Can you try disconnecting from Tumblr, then reconnecting?

Okay. Can you also clarify if you tried disconnecting and reconnecting Tumblr before publishing this post?

Yes.

I noticed the problem after posting this post so I disconnected it and reconnected my tumblr account. I then posted a test post (which I have since deleted) I then disconnected and reconnected my tumblr account again before posting that you mentioned, but still it didn’t work.

I will try it again now and post a test post and let you know if it worked or not.

Hey guys,

I tried something different this time and it worked!

I disconnected Tumblr from wordpress, then I revoked WordPress’s access from Tumblr. I then reconnected Tumblr to wordpress and posted and success!

I didn’t think I’d need to revoke access in Tumblr’s settings, but it turns out that must have the problem.
