Stopped receiving email notifications

A few weeks ago I stopped getting email notifications when the blogs I follow publish a new post. I didn’t change any setting. The email setting for each of them is still set to ‘instant.’ They’re still publishing on a regular basis. What went wrong?

I think I discovered the problem. I had tested the email to which the notifications were to be coming, and I received the test email immediately. (It forwards to a more-used email address.) But just now I went in and accessed that email address directly and found the missing notifications (including my test email!). I need now to find out why they stopped being forwarded, but that’s between me and my web host. Thank you so much, and I hope you haven’t spent too much time trying to track this down!! Adrian
