Stopped working

  Can’t open the blog or wven the admin dashboard.
  It have been working for more than a year and suddenly stopped .
  With this message:

  ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH

  Unsupported protocol
  The client and server don’t support a common SSL protocol version or cipher suite.

  How can I fix it ?
