Stopped working after updates

  I have recently taken over this site and I have made some changes to it. However, the site asked me to make various updates which I did but now it doesn’t work at all. It’s not accessible from the url and I cant’t access it as admin either. Please can you help? It’s vital this website is live asap. Thank you so much in advance
