Stopping good comments going to Spam

  How can I stop comments which are not Spam, going to Spam. One person on my Blog, who is also an author, since adding a Gravatar to his ID, is doing just that. The image is marked as ‘general’ I added it for him as he didn’t know how to.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If you fish his comments out of spam repeatedly, Akismet will learn and will stop putting him in the Spam folder. Also make sure he isn’t putting a ton of links in his comments; more than four links in a comment means it’s automatically sent to Spam.
