stopping people signing up to a blog

  My website above is static, so I don’t post on it quite deliberately – how can i prevent people signing up to recieve blog posts on it?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Are you referring to http://hutonahill.com/ ?
  If so the answer is chnage the visibility setting to private.

  Know that you cannot prevent any logged in WordPress.com member from following your public blog. Know also that you cannot block or delete followers and you cannot prevent anyone from subscribing to the RSS Feed on any public blog.
