Stopping subscription fee

I bought a year subscription in January 2018, I’ve just been charged another fee for another year. I can’t seem to find a direct line to customer service to discuss. Can someone help please and direct me in the right path. Many thanks

For WordPress.com sites, live chat and email is available to those with a paid plan
You can access the live chat by going to My Sites → Help and clicking on Contact Us towards the bottom of the page. Fill out the form and click on Chat with Us underneath.

What is the address of the site for which you bought a plan? You’d need to be logged in as the account that owns that site to cancel the renewal or to contact live chat or email support.
@ratneshsonar, if a forum thread contains thewpcomhelptag it means the user created it via the support contact form you are directing them to above. Doing that again will only bring them back to the forums. A better way to help here would be to tag the thread for staff as someone else did in this case.
