Stopping the snowfall
-
I suffer from an excessive amount of “floaters” in my vision. Having those tiny little white flakes drifting down WordPress’s home page is bad enough, but when they follow mouse movement it’s driving me nuts. Is there any way of stopping them?

Hi Tom. I believe this will answer your question:

That seemed to stop it but that checkbox was already UNchecked. What stopped it was the link further down the page (the one that led to ‘holidaysun=please’). Thanks for the response.

There’s two snowfalls to stop.
The check box in “Extras” applies to visitors to your blog.
The “holidaysun=please” applies to you when you visit other blogs on WordPress.com. You have to be logged in for the second one to work. Once you’ve clicked on the holidaysun=please link, you should be OK. If it isn’t try logging out and then back in.
FWIW-I don’t get any snow when visiting your blog, but I also clicked the holidaysun=please link

Okay. It appears to have stopped now. Do you khere the ‘holidaysun=please’ setting actually exists? Or, is it something I have to enter somewhere?
