    We bought this domain on Thursday 15th and set up a blog site.
    The site was verified by (email visible only to moderators and staff) via an email from you.
    However, we can no longer get in to the site – it doesn’t recognise her email address.
    Help!

    It seems you need to be logged in to a different account to reach that site. Try logging in with the username ewemovedorking and whatever password was created.
    PS: there is only one “t” in the address of that site.
