  can i use my computer storage for save photo or video and can i upload photo in post without filling wordpress storage.

  Unfortunately, you cannot store media files locally on your computer. However, WordPress.com accounts come with 3 GB of space for uploaded files and images.

  Also if you need more space, you can upgrade to a WordPress.com Plan that comes with additional space depending on the plan. You can find more info here: https://wordpress.com/support/space-upgrade/#check-storage-space-usage
