    I plan to upgrade to 6GB of storage. My question is if this upgrade is one-time charge or annually? And, what if I would downgrade to basic after a year? Let me know. Thanks.

    You get up to 6GB storage space with the Personal plan. You’d need to renew the plan annually. I believe if you’d used more space than the free plan allows then if you didn’t renew then nothing would be deleted but neither would you be able to add further media to your site.
