Storage full

I had a problem with my storage being full, I have subsequently deleted most of my posts but the storage is not reflecting this. What else do I need to do?

You can try clearing your cache and see if it works.
Please log out of your account, and clear your browser cache and cookies.
Also, make sure third party cookies are enabled in your browser.
Then log back in and check if storage is updated.

Hi there,
It looks like this might be a bug, as I’ve seen a couple other reports as well. I’ve reported the issue to one of our developers to take a look. I’ll let you know once I hear back from him.

I have tried clearing everything I can find, logging out of the app and the browser… nothing is clearing the storage.
If it’s a bug, how quickly is it likely to be fixed? I live overseas and my blog is how I keep in contact with my family :-(

Hi Emily, I can’t give you a time frame on when it will be fixed as I don’t know where it will be put in the priority list.
The developers are looking at the issue and hopefully will find the bug and fix it soon.

Just an update – the cause of this bug has been found, and we’re working on getting it fixed. I’ll let you know once it is and the files in your library has been properly deleted.
