Storage issues and re-uploading images in lower resolution

  Hi,
  Some time ago I posted a question about the low storage issue I had on my free blog as I was uploading high resolution files of several MB in 300 dpi. I was sent some links on what’s the best resolution to upload files for the blog. Byt my question is – if I now delete the big images and re-upload the same images in lower resolution would this re-submit my posts? Or would it keep the original post date?

  Hi there,
  If you just Editing(which you are in this case) your posts it will keep the original post date.

  To edit posts,
  Go to My Site > Blog Posts.
  And then click on the Edit button at the bottom of each post.
