  in this part,

  1. Is there any storage limit? Is it unlimited capacity?

  2. Is the storage type SSD?

  Hi there,

  As mentioned at https://jetpack.com/support/video-hosting/, there is a 2TB soft cap, but should you reach that you can contact Jetpack support and they can review it for your account.

  Image hosting specifically refers to our CDN cache – there’s no limit to the number of image files from your site that can be cached. But the files themselves are still stored on your site’s server, so this doesn’t bypass any storage limits on your hosting plan.

  Video files actually get uploaded to and hosted on our servers, rather than your site’s, so they don’t use storage space on your server.

  I don’t know what type of hardware is used in our data centers, but that doesn’t really matter here. Media cached by our CDN gets cached to multiple servers around the world, so anyone visiting your site will always be served the files from the server geographically closest to them.

  If I paid Jetpack Professional,
  Still, will images and videos be uploaded to my hosting?
  Is Jetpack only taking cache files?
  if not
  Are my images and videos uploaded to Jetpack hosting?

  Video files are stored on and served from Jetpack’s servers.

  Image files are stored on your hosting provider’s servers, and just cached and served via the CDN.
