  I currently have the free plan and at my max 3gb. If I upgrade and play a monthly fee- let’s say to the next level and get 6gb, that’s my max again right ? Or do I get 6gb per month since I’m paying a monthly fee ?

  There are no monthly payment plans here. Upgrades are charged annually in advance. The 6GB would be the maximum storage you’d get with the plan. With the Personal plan you don’t get 6GB per month or per year. It would be up to 6GB period.
