  I’ve deleted the majority of the huge pictures I had added to my media library, but the storage still stays the same?? Please help.

  You know,w hen you delete the images they disappear from posts too. I suggest you not do that.

  Just start a Flickr account or open a new blog and hotlink from there. And always optimize the image to no more than 72dpi for the web. You’ll never run out of space then.

  Nope, cookies and everything is cleared. But to be sure I just did it again and no difference..
