Storage space not updated after deleting staging site.

    Hello Y’all,

    I am currently working on uploading a substantial amount of images to my site. Yesterday on the Media tab it said I only had 26.6GB of storage, so I deleted the staging site and now the Media tab is showing 50GB, but under Site Health>Directories & Sizes it’s still showing 26.6GB.

    I’ve tried deleting basically all the images I previously uploaded and it’s still all showing as full.

    Any clues how to get the storage to clear out and also update to the 50GB i technically have in my subscription?

    Thank you for your message.

    I have checked your site and can see that the disk space used by your site is 354.3 MB out of the 53.2 GB disk space quota.

    Does the problem still occur on your side?
