Storage space question, 1GB or 3GB?

Hi, I understand that I only have 1GB of space because I am using the free plan but I am wondering why, when I use WordPress on my phone, it shows that I have 3GB in total?

You are correct that the Free plan comes with 1 GB of storage space.
Could you please let me know which app you are using on your phone? Is it the WordPress app or the Jetpack app? Additionally, it would be helpful to know the version of the app you are currently using.
If you could also share a screenshot of the part of the app where it shows the incorrect storage space, that would be helpful. This will allow us to have a clearer understanding of the issue and fix it.

Hi! Thanks for getting back to me. I usually write on WordPress using my laptop but I did download the WordPress app on my phone to occasionally work on my drafts. Recently I swapped over to Jetpack after reading about it online. As you can see based on my screenshot, it states under the WordPress media that I have a total of 3GB.
Is Jetpack the app that provides that additional 2 GB of space compared to WordPress? If that is the case then, it is kind of misleading to label it as WordPress media rather than Jetpack Media?
As someone who prefers writing on my laptop, how do I use the additional media storage then? Does it only work when I write and post using the Jetpack app?
I download the latest version of Jetpack 23.0

This looks like a bug with the app and not a storage upgrade just because you used the new Jetpack app.
I’ll report it to our developers so that they can work on a fix.
