Storage Space Upgrade Renewal — 10GB

Hi,

I missed the deadline for my storage space upgrade to 10 GB (just had a baby — spaced on the emails), and can’t seem to figure out a way to upgrade online. I’m only seeing ‘plan’ upgrades. My blog is for personal use, and really just need memory for photo storage, so I’m not interested in the Premium Plan, just need my 10 GBs for $20. Is this something you can help me with?

Hi,

I’m running into the exact same problem. My 10 GB space upgrade expired a couple of weeks ago and this is the first chance I’ve had to jump on to renew but can’t seem to find that option, which is what I’m really looking for. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi! So, we were on holidays and it happened the same to us, we missed the deadline… We wanted to renew the 10GB but it seems that we can’t do it :(

I’m seeing that upgrade as having been renewed. So unless I hear otherwise from you, I’m going to assume that you have solved the problem.

I too am having the same issue. I didn’t click the “RENEW 10 GB” button in time and no I’m not seeing that option. If you can allow me to renew that would be great. My blog url is room14sequoia.wordpress.com. Thanks!

I am also having the same problem. I didn’t click the renew button in time and am now unable to renew the 10 GB. Can you please email me or notify me asap so I can renew the storage? It would be much appreciated if you could assist
