Store / Billing History only shows 1 of 2 transactions

    This evening I completed two transactions:
    1) Setting up an additional (new) Domain Name for an existing blog
    2) Renewing the mapping of the existing Domain Name

    Under Store / Billing History, I can print a receipt for the first transaction above.

    However, the only other transaction listed is last year’s renewal of the mapping for the original domain name. There is no transaction listed for the renewal I completed today.

    My credit card has been charged for both transactions, and the original domain name shows mapping as being paid for through October 2015, so it certainly appears as though everything worked… except the creation of a receipt for the mapping renewal.

    Any help you can provide would be much appreciated – thank you!

    I’ve asked our developers to take a look. This can happen you pay for an upgrade that isn’t originally purchased by you.

    I’ll let you know as soon as I hear back. It should be straightened out soon.

    You are correct… I am an administrator for the site, but forgot to log out and log back in under the ID that originally paid for the mapping.

    When I did log out and log in under the other (original) ID, there was no record of the payment listed under that Billing History either.

    Thanks! It does look like the most recent payment is associated with the account mathmaine. So you’ll see it under the billing history of that account once the developer grabs it.

    Its just a little glitch we see sometimes when there are several admins on a site. No worries, we’ll get it straightened out soon. :)
