Store changes?

  I’m trying to access the store page that used to have all of the options I could buy, such as Premium, VideoPress, more space, custom design, etc. Now the store just seems to have options for different “plans:” Free, Premium, and Business.

  Has the store changed and you can no longer buy individual items and now you just have Free, Premium and Business?

  Yes, changes have been made. One has to have a plan to purchase upgrades now. Individual upgrades are not longer available as new purchases. Only those individual upgrades that already exist can be renewed without purchasing an upgrade bundle.

  So if I have a Custom Design upgrade I can renew that when it expires as an individual item without buying a plan?

  Not when it expires. Expires means over, dead and done ie. complete. You have to renew all upgrades prior to renewal. That’s why there is an auto renew that happens 1-month prior to expiry to prompt you to renew before it is too late.

  I don’t mean when it literally expires, I mean can I renew the Custom Design as an individual item without buying an entirely new “plan?”

  Yes, you can renew an existing non-expired custom design upgrade.

  Login in under the exact same username account that registered the blog and purchased the upgrade(s) and renew upgrades at > Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades.
