Store-domains broken/missing

  I am told by WordPress to do the following: After the purchase is complete, go to the Store → Domains page, select the radio button next to the domain you just mapped to your blog, and click the Update Primary Domain button. This will make your example.wordpress.com domain automatically redirect to your new domain.

  I do not have a store-domains page; in my admin bar there is no “Store” see the screencast to see what I see. I need to adjust my domain immediately, and cannot do so. http://screencast.com/t/0LaDb9J5TrL

  Please help!!! Timing on this is crucial!!!

  For starters you need to be logged in as an Admin to see the Store – the screen shot is an Editor or lower status
