Store help and image sizing questions

    I have your theme (rustik) and its great, I just need a bit of a had with it

    Ive been to settings and adjusted the thumbnail sizes and regenerated but I can get the size of the product page image sized down. Is this a php deal, if so what code should I use of adjust? or is there something Im missing?

    here is an example, this image is 320 x 480 yet it take up much space, I would love it to be exactly the same as the store catalogue image.

    A quick comprehensive answer with links or screenshots would be appreciated, Im just a wp learner.

    Also in store inventory, how do I list products and their stock level by size

    ie
    blue dress size 6 I’ve got 10 in stock
    blue dress size 8 I’ve got 3 in stock
    blue dress size 10 I’ve got 15 in stock
    blue dress size 12 I’ve got 6 in stock

    I need this displayed on the product page in drop down form

    the “in stock” need to show what stock is available to each size as I select it in the drop down box

    I know that currently I enter the stock levels on this page :

    but how do I add sizes and their stock levels on each item.

    I need this for my inventory and also so clients can see whats left,

    how do I set this up please?
