Store shipping fields are filled out automatically with my information

    In my store, shipping fields are filled out automatically with my information and I cannot cause them to revert to blanks. This is true on 3rd party computers, not just my own where I am logged in. I received a customer order with my address (administrator) and the customer’s billing address. Had to call the customer to get shipping address. I checked Woocommerce settings, but cannot find a default address field that I have left populated with my information. Any ideas on how to solve?
