Store shutdown

I have an online ecommerce store and have had it for about a few months now. My company has not launched yet but my store randomly took all the products out of the shop. I clicked on customize went to woocommerce tab and clicked ‘show products’ in store and still nothing is showing up. How should I fix this? Thank you
