storefront theme error

    I have a problem with the theme , when this theme is active , I can see the full web site correct order as well as no shop filters visible

    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    We are unable to help because we don’t host your site directly on our WordPress.com managed hosting. Instead, your site is hosted with a different provider on a separate host, and we’re unable to access your site’s backend to take a closer look. But I can get you pointed in the right direction.

    The Storefront theme is supported by the WooCommerce support team, so please submit a new support ticket through your account page and they will be able to look into this for you.
