  Hello, I just got a mail that in 14 days my WordPress site will be prolonged for 76€.
  I am not using my site anymore and do not want to prolong it. What do I have to do?

  There are no upgrades under the account from which you’re writing us. Have a look at the email address to which the notification was sent and use that email to access the correct account.
  Once there, you’ll be able to manage your purchases as explained here:
