Stow theme links are same color as normal text?

Is there any way to change link colors across the theme without upgrading beyond the Basic plan?

I’m using the Stow theme and while the links change when you hover, they are otherwise indistinguishable from normal text. The only place I seem to be able to change it is in a media block (but not a normal paragraph), where there’s the option to change link color for that block only.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  • Hi there,

In the dashboard, go to Appearance ->Customize ->Color and backgrounds. Click on the right-most circle at the top, the one saying primary color. If you change that color, it will change the color for links on your site.

However, note it will change ALL links, so it will also change the color of your site title, post and page titles, and the active page highlight color in your menu, so make sure you preview the changes on a few different pages on your site to make sure it works everywhere.

Thanks – didn’t realize you could click on those circles because nothing shows when you hover over them. As with the rest of this theme, the links aren’t obvious!

  • Glad I could help.
