Straight HTML During Posting?

  When I post in other blogs, I like being able to use straight HTML to compose my post. I especailly like being able to, for example, use HTML comment-out tags in my posts.

  Is there any way to disable autoformatting whenever I post in WordPress, or at least deactivate it enough so that I can use HTML comment-out and other HTML tags?

  Easy to use HTML, although I have no idea what comment-out is. On your Profile page, untick the box marked “Use Visual editor”.

  I’m assuming you have a blog hosted at WordPress.com. If you don’t, you need to read the sticky thread marked Read Me First, because you’re in the wrong place.
