Straightening out accounts

    Hi I am trying to get my account straightened out. I cancelled caneverything from word press and HostGator and am trying to set it all up again but I think some of it is still being held, is this correct? How do I release everything so I can get going again?

    I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet

    Can you let us know the URL of the site where you’re having this problem? Or, you can reach out to HostGator for help as they would have more information since they were your hosting provider.
