strange blank emails from wordpress

Just want to give you guys a heads-up, my email subscriptions and “moderate comment” emails are coming today as big blank squares of nothingness. I’m assuming others have notified you as well, and I’m watching for your always-helpful news posts, or simply one of your quick fixes. Thanks!

Thanks for reporting this! I’ve actually come across two other users encountering this issue.
Would you mind letting me know a bit more about the email service provider you’re using? What Internet browser and/or operating system are you using to view your emails?
Additionally, would you be able to send a screenshot of how it looks?

Well, I went to my inbox to open this morning’s blank email, and it now appears just fine. I use earthlink for my email on internet explorer 7 at home, but right now I’m looking at my inbox with firefox on my work computer, so that might be the difference. I can check out the big blank box tonight and do a screenshot if it still appears that way. The weirdest part is the scrolling buttons on the bottom and sides, which are take me far to the right and way down. I tried to compress it by hitting the reply button, which works for some emails, but nothing appeared.

Thanks. It helps to know what email service and browser version you’re using when the emails look blank. We’re working to track down whatever’s causing this issue.
