Strange blogstats yesterday

  I was kinda surprised when I checked my blogstats today.

  It says, I had about 690 visitors yesterday. (I normally have 100)
  But my single posts didn’t get much more traffic which means all those clicks went to my fromt page… without me advertising anything at all.

  Can anyone explain that?
  Did you have similar expierences?

  What do your Referrers and Search Terms stats look like? Sometimes it happens when Google or another search engine suddenly rates one of your pictures very highly, or one of your categories.

  That’s the strange thing:
  Nothing happend to the Referrers stats. They stayed the same! The only thing was, that some people came from Mailboxes (google, yahoo, gmx) – only a few though but more than usual. But those clicks just made a very very low number.

  So I really have no idea where all the visitors came from.
