Strange Characters

  In my blog: http://www.darkculture.net/blog, I’m getting strange characters in the posted by, tags, date, area.

  EX: November 21, 2008 • Tags: Disney, Florida, Universal Studios • Posted in: Travel • No Comments • Edit

  Anyone know how I can fix this? I looked around in the theme editor, but I don’t know very much about fiddling with real code. My guess is it has something to do with the charset, but am not sure. Would love some help!
