Strange characters appeared in email version sent to subscribers.

  I posted yesterday and the Preview looked fine. The actual post looks fine as well, however, some subscribers, including myself received an email version with mistakes in it like this:
  Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â The Story of the Three Chefs ~ A Fractured Culinary Fairy Tale
  Throughout the post there are A’s like the one in the line above.
  Any idea why this occurred and how I might avoid it in the future?

  Here is the link. The appearance of the post was fine. The characters only appeared in emails to the subscribers. I will forward my copy of the email to you

  Some email versions had the characters while others did not. if you send me your email address to [removed e-mail] I can send you a copy of an email version that has the characters.
