  I got the following message in a comment and am totally lost! What does this mean?

  No idea what the comment means, but if it bothers you then edit and delete it. Or mark it for “moderation” while you think about it or investigate more.

  It means someone saved you to a social bookmarking site like Delicious, that’s all.

  There are some dubious bookmarking sites around at the moment that appear to be abused by spammers or perhaps run by them.
