Strange Email Addresses for new followers!

Hi
I have had recent notification from you that a number of new people have ‘followed’ my website Pixels & Pronouns.
I am a little concerned that the email addresses all have a very similar feel to them and, as i am concerned about my personal security, and the security of my images and website content, I’m asking if you are aware of any issues in this direction.

(email visible only to moderators and staff) vor 20 Stunden, 6 Minuten
(email visible only to moderators and staff) vor 1 Tag, 1 Stunde
(email visible only to moderators and staff) vor 1 Tag, 6 Stunden[
These email adresses seem to be fake.
Is there some kind of security issue?
Is it possible to delete these fake email followers?Thanks for your help.

I read through the forum and found that the same topic has already at least two more threads:

Not so, I’m afraid.
Just got another new ‘follower’. with a similar email address.
So maybe there has been a remedy – how to delete unwanted followers, but the nub of the problem is still there!

I too have noticed the same phenomenon. I’m getting what look to be non-legitimate emails on the outlook.com domain as email followers, several in the past few days, in fact. I have deleted them individually but want to know if there’s a way I can block all email followers from this domain, so that I don’t have to be concerned about any ill will out there in this regard.

I’m also getting all the outlook email followers. Is this dangerous? I’m glad to see I’m not the only one. It started on the 13th and I’ve received 1-5 followers by email a day since then. Is there a way to prevent this? The actual views on the page don’t even correspond to the amount of followers some days. Is there a way to follow my site by email without even being on my page?
