strange email situation

  Years ago I started a web page with WordPress but it was too complicated for me so I switched. My emails were pointed to a different server and the domain went elsewhere. It seem that somehow, somewhere my emails are still pointing from wordpress. I need access to the place where the emails are originating from because I’m not receiving emails that are in a bcc. The emails don’t seem to be connected to any account. I had to create a new account to access support. Help!
