Why am I getting strange emails from a blocked follower with other followers comments/likes in my blog email?

Actually I deleted these but this is just a snippet of what I get, literally everyday now in my blog email, whenever someone comments/likes a post. -
Hi there!
Just to clarify, these are email notifications for likes/comments on your actual posts, is that correct? If yes, and you only want to stop receiving emails every time someone likes or comments on your post, you can go to https://wordpress.com/me/notifications and click on your blog name to configure email notifications for that blog.
Here’s a screenshot:
You can uncheck the email column to stop receiving emails for those actions on that blog.
