strange hits from links

I am getting hits from sites like this
contract-managementsoftware.net/tag/improve/
[Link Broken By -sk]Which clearly do not have links to my blog
Can anyone explain what this could be ?

There have been cases of weird referral links that we report to Staff using this link > http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/ We avoid posting the links into forum threads as this is a public forum and we don’t want others to click them and send traffic to these sites.

I was waiting and hoping some one will highlight this issue, I also see some very strange kind of referral’s and especially the one mentioned above.
