Strange language in Dashboard

  I just created my account, but can’t customize it because the dashboard is in some strange language, mixed with english.
  I’ve already tried changing the Interface Language in the Account Settings, but it doesn’t make any difference. It always stays in “br – Brezhoneg”
  There were some other people with the same problem, and as I looked for, the only solution was an admin changing the language.
  Are there any way to solve it by myself?
