strange layout

  hi,
  for the second time i have an issue with the layout of my blog. last time i managed to fix it by taking off tags of the photo i inserted. this time i even cant get to a page where i can edit my articles.
  can you help?

  I think WP is having server issues. My blog views OK until I actually log-in to WP.com, then theme appears to fail to load, leaving me with raw text and links.

  I’ve tried clearing cache and cookies, but have the same problem across 3 browsers (Firefox, Chrome and Opera) on two separate PCs, so assume the problem is at their end.
