strange layout

    Hi
    on my main blog page – Homepage the layout of the screen when i see it in pages / design view it shows 8 blog images. However on the published site it shows 10 blogs per page. Why is this?
    How can i limit the published blogs to 8 per page or extend them from the current 10 to 12 as each page looks incomplete to viewers at present

    There is a setting for the number of posts to show at Settings > Writing. If you scroll down to the Content Types section, you can decrease the per page number for blog posts to 8 and then click save changes. Screenshot: https://d.pr/i/CMtsQL
