Strange Link To WordPress Blog

I have a strange problem. I have a Blogger blog (no, that’s not my problem! :-)) In the Blogger stats, somebody is continually shown as entering my blog via a WordPress blog docisinblog.com. I used to read this blog a few years ago, but it has not been updated for a couple of years. When the blog was active, I believe I did comment on a couple of posts on the blog – but the link shown in the Blogger stats is to the main body of the blog, not the posts in which I commented. The visitor arrives regularly and I do not understand how they are showing up as coming from this blog !
Nobody on Blogger seems to be able to help me, so I am just trying you as a last resort! The reason I am trying to understand what is going on is that I have had some suspicious activity on my blog and I am trying to trace the perpetrators. By the way, I have tried contacting the blog owner, but he does not answer!
Does anybody have any ideas how a link to this blog can keep turning up in my stats in this way, when there are no links to me in the main part of the blog?
